MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Maryland man was arrested today after being indicted on drug charges earlier this month.
Acting U.S. Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen said 59-year-old Daniel Bochicchio (Bo-key-keeo) was indicted on 15 counts of acquiring fentanyl by misrepresentation, fraud, deception, and subterfuge.
Bochicchio allegedly entered fraudulent patient information at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg between January and March of this year.
