Authorities arrest suspect who allegedly threatened Berkeley County High School students

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — A Morgan County man faces charges after allegedly making threats toward students and the Berkeley Springs High School.

Members of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, Eastern Panhandle Violent Crimes Task Force and FBI executed at the home of 18-year-old Colby Woodal.

Morgan County Sheriff KC Bohrer said in a news release Woodal is charged with making threats of terroristic acts.

Bohrer said, “The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department takes all threats of violence in our schools seriously and works diligently with our companion agencies in the FBI, Eastern Panhandle Violent Crime Task Force, West Virginia State Police and Morgan County School System to vigorously investigate these allegations and take appropriate action under the law.”
