FALLING WATERS, W.Va. — A crash during the morning commute closed all northbound lanes of I-81 at the West Virginia/Maryland state line.
Washington County authorities confirm there were multiple vehicles involved.
The crash was reported at around 7:40 Wednesday morning on the northbound Potomac River bridge.
Maryland State Police confirmed all lanes reopened at 8:41 am.
EMS crews responded to the scene. The number and extent of injuries remains unclear.
