BOONSBORO, MD — The Boonsboro Police Department is reflecting on the passing of
Police Chief Kevin Morgan at the age of 63. Morgan’s obituary
reveals Morgan was in his 42nd year in law enforcement when he passed away April 13th.
“Loss is difficult and no amount of time, age, nor circumstances lessen the sting. Saturday our community lost a dedicated public servant, mentor, and friend. Many of us will share stories, and we all will hold tight to our memories. Kevin was a man of many talents, and he always took the time to teach those who wanted to learn. He had a way of making even the toughest situation manageable and he never said no to a call for help. He will be deeply missed, and never forgotten.”
