CLEAR SPRING, Md. — A 4 year old child was flown to a children’s hospital after police say he was struck by a vehicle.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at around 2 Friday afternoon in the 12000 block of Cove Road.
The child was flown to Children’s National in DC.
