MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — State police say a woman died after a three-vehicle accident on Edwin Miller Boulevard Wednesday morning.
It happened just after 8 a.m. in the 1400 block.
The West Virginia State Police reports a driver was turning left onto Edwin Miller Boulevard from the Taco Bell parking lot when that vehicle struck a vehicle driving west on Edwin Miller Boulevard.
The impact forced that second vehicle, driven by 40-year-old Marquita Medieta, into the eastbound lane where it was struck by a tractor trailer heading east.
Medieta, of Martinsburg, was ejected on impact, according to the state police. she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the first vehicle were transported to Berkeley Medical Center due to injuries sustained from the crash.
