HAGERSTOWN, MD — Small business grants are up for grabs in Washington County. The Board of County Commissioners announced yesterday they’re making five-million-dollars in American Rescue Plan Act funds available for local businesses. Grants will be awarded up to 25-thousand-dollars each. Applications will be accepted until Friday afternoon.
