HAGERSTOWN, MD — There’s an update to the story we brought you yesterday about the shooting death of a Martinsburg man in Hagerstown Saturday morning.
On September 18th, 21-year-old Donavan Ahmod Disney of Martinsburg died after a shooting at 201 E. Franklin Street in Hagerstown.
Police were looking for the suspect, 27-year-old Miquan Rashad Broadus of Hagerstown, who they believe shot Disney after a dispute at the residence.
This morning (September 21) at around 3:00, Washington D.C. Metro Police Department informed the Hagerstown Police Department that Miquan Broadus was in custody after being shot several times within their jurisdiction.
Broadus was last reportedly at an undisclosed medical facility.
