BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Early voting in the town of Bath is underway. Offices on the ballot will be Mayor, Town Recorder and all five council members. All officers serve a two (2) year term effective 7/1/23 – 6/30/25. The municipality will be governed by a Mayor, Recorder and five (5) Council Members.

Early Voting period starts Saturday May 27, 2023, for the Town of Bath Election. The Polls that are located at Town Hall 271, Wilkes St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411 and will be open the following hours:
Saturday May 27, 2023, 9am – 4pm
Tuesday – Friday May 30, 2023, to June 02, 2023, 9am – 5pm
Saturday June 03, 2023, 9am – 4pm
Monday- Friday June 05, 2023, to June 09, 2023, 9am – 5pm
Saturday June 10, 2023, 9am – 4pm
Tuesday June 13, 2023, Election Day 6:30am – 7:30pm
