MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The Martinsburg-Berkeley County NAACP announced Friday that the ARE STILL PLANNING to hold the premiere screening of the documentary film that highlights the history of the Sumner-Ramer museum. A snowstorm expected overnight Friday and into the morning hours Saturday could bring as much as six inches of snow to the Eastern Panhandle.
“At this time, the premiere event of the documentary film The History of the Sumner-Ramer Memorial School WILL BE held tomorrow, Saturday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m. at the Apollo Civic Theatre,” the announcement says.
“IF road conditions cause us to cancel, we will do so by 11:00 a.m. tomorrow, with an announcement on their Facebook page.
Should Saturday’s premiere be canceled, the event will then be rescheduled for Sunday, February 18, at 2:00 p.m. at the Apollo Civic Theatre.
