INWOOD, W.Va. — The Stubblefield Institute for Civil Political Communication is sponsoring a panel discussion titled “Community growth and infrastructure – At what cost?” The discussion will take place on Wednesday, January 18th at 6 p.m. in the LGI room at Musselman High School. It is free of charge and open to the public.
The panel will offer an informed discussion of the rapid community growth in the Eastern Panhandle and the roles that private citizens, local government and developers play in providing the infrastructure to support such growth. The panel will feature Berkeley County Councilperson Eddie Gochenour, Leo Horner, president of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders’ Association, Clarence Settle, smart growth advocate, and Jim Ouellet, executive director of the Berkeley County Public Service Water District. The discussion will be moderated by Hans Fogle.
