Second Arrest Announced Related to Shooting in Touch of Texas Parking Lot

BUNKER HILL, W.Va. — The Berkeley County Sheriff’s office has released details about another arrest related to the weekend shooting outside the
Touch of Texas establishment in Bunker Hill. On scene, they found found that a twenty-one year old Winchester, VA man had been shot in the parking lot of the club after a
dispute. The man, identified as Diata Johnson, was transported by ambulance to Winchester Medical Center
in Virginia. Despite life saving measures, Johnson was later pronounced dead.

Criminal Investigators responded to the club and processed the shooting scene for evidence. They
were able to identify the shooter, but that information is not being released at this time, as this is still an
active investigation.
Another Winchester man, who was at the nightclub with the victim, was arrested on scene for his
involvement in the parking lot dispute. Eighteen-year-old Dyreek Harris was charged with four counts of
wanton endangerment with a firearm.

Sheriff Harmon says another man was scene moving back and forth from a vehicle to another at the scene.

The sheriff says the man was identified as Lorenzo T. Valle. Deputies searched the vehicle and found a
Glock 9mm handgun and bag of suspected cocaine where Mr. Valle was seated; at that time Mr. Valle was
taken into custody. No word on the charges Valle faces.
