MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Martinsburg hotel could have faced action by the city under its Drug House ordinance, but at last week’s City Council meeting, Police Chief George Swartwood said the hotel has been cooperating in a big way to comply and to cut down on illegal activity at its property. He said for that reason, the nuisance complaint has been dropped.
