The West Virginia Division of Highways has announced there will be a new traffic pattern on WV 51, Middleway Pike, at the Berkeley and Jefferson County line, beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, to direct traffic onto the new bridge, install striping, and place guardrail.
The new traffic pattern will remain permanent. Flaggers will be in place to direct traffic.
Motorists should travel with caution through the work zone and allow extra time to travel through the area. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
