CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — The City of Charles Town has announced a second round of funding through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
The City application, along with a schedule and instructions, will be available beginning December 5, 2022 at 9:00 AM.
Interested applicants may access the application through one of the following two options:
1) Online through the City’s website at www.charlestownwv.us. Follow the link to the ARPA application.
2) Pick-up at City Hall, 101 E Washington St., Charles Town, WV 25414, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Final applications will be required to be received by 5:00 PM on January 27, 2023.
