HAGERSTOWN, MD — The Hagerstown Police Department is reporting a murder that occurred in Chambersburg has been resolved in Hagerstown.
On December 17th, the Washington County, MD 911 Center contacted the Pennsylvania State Police around 6:55 PM informing them the body of 20 year-old Isiah Clark had been discovered in the area of Terrapin Park in Hagerstown.
The victim appeared to have suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
Two females told responding officers that a verbal altercation had occurred between the victim and the accused, 31 year-old Shane Adrian Bradley and several other individuals.
The two told investigators that they lived in the home along with the victim and the accused.
“Bradley and Clark are alleged to have had a minor verbal altercation. It is then alleged that Bradley shot Clark with a single round from a pistol. Bradley is then alleged to have forced another male resident to assist him with loading Clark’s body into Bradley’s vehicle. Bradley is then alleged to have forced the two females and male resident into the vehicle, while under duress, and then drove to the location of Terrapin Park where Bradley is alleged to have removed Clark’s body from the vehicle and freed the two females,” according to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police – Chambersburg Station.
Bradley then fled the scene with the other male resident. The male resident was later located by the Maryland State Police, unharmed.
On December 19, 2023 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Bradley was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals in Greensboro, NC. He will be extradited to Pennsylvania based on the homicide charges, at a later date.
As a result of the investigation, Bradley has been charged with:
Criminal Homicide
Kidnapping
Unlawful Restraint
Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure
Tampering with Evidence
