MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Highways has announced there will be alternating lane closures on the eastbound and westbound lanes of WV 9, Edwin Miller Boulevard, from Warm Springs Avenue to the Interstate 81 northbound entrance ramp, in Berkeley County, from 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2023, to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, to allow for the placement of sign light fixtures.
All I-81 ramps will remain open at all times. Motorists are advised to stay alert and travel with caution through the work zone. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
