CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney, Matthew L. Harvey, reports that 51 individuals have been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury between April 20 and April 22, 2021. The fact that a person has been charged with a crime, is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent under the law until and unless proven guilty.
