HAGERSTOWN, MD — The Hagerstown Police Department is investigating a homicide Sunday in the city.
HPD tells The Panhandle News Network officers were dispatched to the 400 block of North Locust Street Sunday afternoon just before 4:30 for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle and discovered a deceased male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as Anthony Leon Latimer, a 42 year old Hagerstown resident.
