Here’s Why There Was Increased Law Enforcement on Detour Road: Morgan Co Sheriff

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — There’s a reason there was law enforcement activity around some roads in Morgan County.

Morgan County Sheriff KC Bohrer says law enforcement was active around Detour Road, Milo School Road and Youngblood Road region as they searched for two subjects (white male and white female) that fled from law enforcement investigating thefts in the area.

The sheriff says the two have NOT been apprehended at this time. “We have no reason to believe there is any danger to the public. We encourage all citizens to be safe at all times. Keep your homes and buildings secure and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement via 911,” Sheriff Bohrer says.
