HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. — Harpers Ferry Water Works is releasing information regarding a proposed rate increase ahead of an upcoming public hearing.
The Water Commission of the Harpers Ferry Town Council will hold an open meeting of a proposed increase in the water tariff of the Harpers Ferry Water Works.
