For Mayor–Kevin Knowles (incumbent)
Ward 3–Ken Collinson (incumbent)
Ward 4–Kimberly Nelson (incumbent); David Carroll
Ward 5–Jason Baker (incumbent) 
At-Large–Heidi Gibbons Crawford
Election Day for the City of Martinsburg is set for June 11, 2024.
Filing will be accepted by the City Recorder from 8 AM until 4 PM. Packets may be collected from the City Recorder or printed from the City’s website.
The filing period ends at 4 PM on Wednesday, February 28.
