MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The 4-State Food Truck Festival is coming back to Martinsburg Saturday.
The city of Martinsburg has issued a traffic impact statement and map regarding the event.
According to the announcement, parking and traffic are prohibited on Queen Street from Race to John or on the 100 blocks of East and West Martin and King from 8 AM-8PM and the 100 blocks of East and West Burke from 6 AM until 8 PM.
