MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A body was found late Monday night in Berkeley County, and investigators are describing the death as suspicious.
Berkeley County Sheriff Rob Blair could not release a lot of details, but said the discovery happened in the 100 block of Golf Course Road just outside the city limits of Martinsburg.
