Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority says “Thanks Very Mulch!”

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — “Thanks very MULCH!”

That’s the message from the Berkeley County Solid Waste Authority as they announce that all throught the month of
August, they’re giving out free mulch.

Hogbin says the recycling programs in Berkeley County are among the best in the state:

Free mulch is being offered at both the Grapevine and South Berkeley Recycling Centers.

The mulch is offered in bulk and is not provided in bags.

The Solid Waste Authority recommends covering pick up truck loads with a tarp.
