Berkeley County man admits to Fentanyl Charge in Federal Court

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Berkeley County man has admitted to a drug charge involving fentanyl.

The US Attorney’s office announced Gregory K. Parr, of Martinsburg pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of “Distribution of Fentanyl.” The 65-year-old Parr admitted to selling fentanyl in November 2020 in Berkeley County.

Parr faces up to 20 years of incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
