Berkeley County Council Invites Public to Weigh in on Nuisance Ordinance in Two Public Hearings

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The Berkeley County Council is inviting the public to weigh in on the proposed adoption of a Public Nuisance Ordinance targeting unsafe structures, open dumps and public litter.  
The public hearings will be held  Jan. 26 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. for in the Berkeley County Council chambers at 400 W. Stephen St., Suite 205, Martinsburg.
