BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Two
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office tells the Panhandle News Network that Timica Jean Ann Johnson, 25 and Keesha Marie Davenport, 28, both of Berkeley Springs were taken into custody January 21st by Morgan County Sheriff’s Deputies on narcotics distribution warrants. The investigation was carried out in cooperation among the two sheriff’s departments, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the Martinsburg Police Department Detective Bureau.
A warrant carried out at their residence at 90 Goff Street in Berkeley Springs resulted in the seizure of cocaine base (crack cocaine), oxycodone pills, hydrocodone pills, and cash according to the BCSO.
Charges against Timica Jean Ann Johnson:

1 Count(s) of: 60A-4-401(a)(i): Controlled Substance – Manufacture or possess with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or meth
She entered not guilty pleas in magistrate court January 21st and was last reportedly free on $50,000 bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing February 10th.
