FALLING WATERS, W.Va. — A Falling Waters woman is dead after a crash Thursday night.
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office tells the Panhandle News Network the single-vehicle crash occurred in the 9300 block of Williamsport Pike in Falling Waters.
First responders were dispatched around 10:15 Thursday night.
Upon arrival they found a Nissan Altima that had had left the roadway and struck a tree.
The female driver, identified as Kristy Alger, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation continues into the cause of the crash.
