Major Pradeep Ramadi of the Salvation Army in Martinsburg was a recent guest on Panhandle Live.  “We are ringing the bell the Walmart on Foxcroft, also Walmart at Hammonds Mill Road,  Hobby Lobby on specific dates at Food Lions and also we are ringing at the Walmart Charles Town.”

“The need for this season is very high,” he says, noting that  nationwide there is a 25% increase inneed.
