INWOOD, W.Va. — The West Virginia State Police are reporting a missing child out of Inwood.
On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Senior Trooper Z.D. Haught of the Martinsburg Detachment
received a report of a missing juvenile from the Inwood area of Berkeley County.
The juvenile is identified as 16-year-old Hector Padilla Jr. Mr. Padilla was last seen wearing a dark
in color hooded sweatshirt, light grey jeans, and a light grey bookbag.
If anyone has information
relating to the whereabouts of Mr. Padilla, they are asked to contact the Martinsburg Detachmentof the West Virginia State Police at 304-267-0001.
