HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. – Visitors to the Harpers Ferry Natiional Historical Park are advised to plan ahead today.
The Harpers Ferry Park Association has announced that due to planned maintenance that will result in the water being off in Lower Town, the Park Bookshop and Lower Town restrooms will be closed on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
