MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The city of Martinsburg has released a traffic statement ahead of the Veterans Day Parade in Martinsburg.
There will be no parking on the following streets, beginning at 11AM on Saturday, November 8 for the Veterans Day Parade.
Street closures:
Queen from Race to South Street
100 Block East King
100 and 200 Blocks of West King
100 Block East Stephen Street
100 Block East Race Street
Parade starts at 12 PM and is expected to last until approximately 1:15 PM. the parade begins at the Berkeley Judicial Center and ends at the intersection of Queen and Race.
Expect delays if traveling in the area.
Northbound Traffic from Route 9 should use Wilson to Raleigh Street.
Southbound Traffic from Queen Street will be rerouted West to Race, to Maple Avenue or Raleigh Street.
