BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — For the second time this week, a Water Service Alert has been issued for the area around Biser Street/Martinsburg Road. In both instances, the Town of Bath says a contractor damaged the water line:
Berkeley Springs Water Service Alert A contractor has damaged a water line around the areas of Biser Street, Martinsburg Road, and any connecting side streets. You may experience a temporary loss of water or reduced pressure while we assess and address the issue.
