BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Morgan County Starting Points will begin accepting applications next week for the Holiday Helpers Toys for Tots program.
Required documents include:
West Virginia ID for person applying
Social Security Card for everyone in the home
Birth Certificate for children for whom gifts are being requested
Proof of income/Proof of benefits for everyone in the house for the last 30 days.
