WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says a 19 year old has been arrested after a shooting incident Saturday.
A press release from the Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded just after noon to the 13100 block of Hepplewhite Circle for a reported shooting.

Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing two vehicles flee the area.
The investigation has determined that the incident began as a domestic disturbance. No one was injured in the incident.
The investigation into this incident continues, but one party is in custody.
Bernard Steven Tinsley-Jiggetts, 19, of Hagerstown, MD, has been charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Stalking, Telephone Misuse, Harassment, and False Imprisonment.
He is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
