MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Beginning tomorrow, February 19, 2025, the intersection at Porter Avenue and West John Street will have an all-way (Four-Way) stop.
The city of Martinsburg announcement indicates the change will provide increased safety to travelers on what it terms a busy, low visibility, intersection.
Signage will be at the site to remind drivers of the change.
