MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Freshman 2nd District Congressman Riley Moore cut the ribbon on his Martinsburg District Office Tuesday.
Martinsburg/Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce Interim President and CEO Randy Lewis gave the opening remarks:

The new district office is located at 739 Winchester Avenue in Martinsburg.
Congressman Moore will open a district office in Morgantown on Wednesday.
In addition to a Who’s Who of community leaders from the Eastern Panhandle, Moore was joined Tuesday by staff members who will provide constituent services.
On hand were Alonzo Perry, who will act as a special assistant to Congressman Moore, Aidan Whitler, who will be a constituent services case worker out of the Martinsburg office, as well as Martinsburg Mayor Kevin Knowles, Berkeley County Sheriff Rob Blair, representative from Governor Morrisey’s office Richard Dennis, and from the Martinsburg/Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, Interim President and CEO Randy Lewis, Chamber Chair Maria Lorensen, Director of Marketing and Events Natalie Cline, and representatives from members of the legislative and other government departments.
