MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — What began 45 years ago as a small scholarship committee has blossomed into community tradition and one that has awarded nearly a quarter of a million dollars in scholarships to deserving youth in the Eastern Panhandle.

The banquet is set for January 19th at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg.

Students can apply for the scholarship through the application located on the Eastern West Virginia Community Foundation.
