WILLIAMSPORT, MD — A tractor trailer fire this morning in Williamsport impacted traffic into the morning commute on both I-70 and I-81. .
A listener to Today’s 97.5 reported the tractor trailer fire to the Panhandle News Network, saying the incident happened in the Eastbound lanes along the 26 mile marker.
Williamsport Fire & EMS reported on its social media page that the call came out just before 7:00 Monday morning to the incident in the area between Interstate 81 and Downsville Pike.
There were no fire department or civilian injuries, according to Williamsport Fire & EMS.
