HAGERSTOWN, MD — A suspect is in custody following a Tuesday morning shots-fired incident in Hagerstown.
Hagerstown Police responded the 200 block of Franklin Street shortly after 11 a.m. where two women told officers that they were hit by a car in the parking lot.
Police say a man that was with the women allegedly fired shots at the car which fled the scene. The man who fired at the car also took off, but police arrested him at around 2 p.m. after reviewing city surveillance footage. The suspect’s name has not been released and the investigation is ongoing.
