MARTINSBURG, W. Va. – The Office of the Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney has announced the results of the October Grand Jury term.
“On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, the October 2024 term of Grand Jury was convened at the Berkeley County Judicial Center. Grand Jury deliberations lasted through Thursday, October 17, 2024. The Berkeley County Prosecutor’s Office announces that the Grand Jury returned a total of 108 indictments were returned for matters presented by the Berkeley County Prosecutor’s Office.
Indictments were returned against the following individuals for the following counts, according to a press release from the Prosecuting Attorney’s office:
Darnell Alonzo Allen, 43, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine Base.
Timothy Steven Allgaier, 26, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Child Abuse Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.

Elwood James Birney, 34, of Dover, Delaware was charged with two counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree, nine counts of Sexual Abuse by Person in a Position of Trust, and seven counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
Lance Aaron Breeden, 38, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Shoplifting Third Offense.

Tyrone Jeffrey Williams, 36, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Fleeing from a Law Enforcement Officer with Reckless Indifference and Gross Child Neglect Creating Substantial Risk of Serious Bodily Injury.
In a superseding Indictment, Curtis Robert Williamson, 58, of no fixed address, was charged with Financial Exploitation of an Elderly Person, Felony Fraudulent Scheme, three counts of Identity Theft, three counts of Fraudulent and Related Activity in Connection with Access Devices, forty-eight counts of Fraudulent Use of an Access Device, Forgery, and Uttering.
Brian Paul Wimberly, 37, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with two counts of Strangulation, three counts of Domestic Battery, and two counts of Domestic Assault.
Jedidiah Kyle Wolfe, 30, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Malicious Wounding, three counts of Child Abuse Causing Bodily Injury, five counts of Domestic Battery, two counts of Domestic Assault, Harassment, Harassing, Repeated and Threatening Phone Calls, and Violation of a Protective Order. In a separate Indictment, Jedidiah Kyle Wolfe was charged with Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny, Misdemeanor Transferring Stolen Property, and Conspiracy to Transferring Stolen Property.
Paul Anthony Youngblood, 37, of Martinsburg, West Virginia was charged with Fleeing from a Law Enforcement Officer with Reckless Indifference, Fleeing from a Law Enforcement Officer Causing Injury, Third Offense Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Flee from Law Enforcement Officer by Means Other than Use of Vehicle, and Improper Use of Vehicle Registration.
