INWOOD, W.Va. — More than two dozen people were on hand during the second installment of the civil debate between candidates in the 16th Senatorial District.

Ahead of taking questions from the public, Incumbent Patricia Rucker and Former Delegate John Doyle gave opening statements, beginning with Senator Rucker:

The two fielded questions from housing and education to vaccinations and abortion.
