ALLEGANY COUNTY MD — A Paw Paw man died last week after his motorcycle collided with an SUV in Allegany County Maryland.
The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened September 5th in the 14-thousand (14000) block of Ellerslie Road
Their investigation revealed the motorcycle, operated by Jeffrey Palmer, 63, of Paw Paw, crossed the centerline for unknown reasons and collided with a southbound SUV.
“Paramedics with the Allegany County Department of Emergency Services attempted life saving efforts,” according to the Sheriff’s office report, however Mr. Palmer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV was transported to UPMC, Cumberland for treatment of minor injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
