HAGERSTOWN, MD — There will be a partial road closure today on Wishard Road in Washington County.
The Washington County Highway Department announced the upcoming closure of Wishard Road in the area of 16228 for pipe installation. The closure is set for Tuesday, July 9, 2024, between 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
