MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — David Antonio Calderon, a man believed to be in the country illegally
who currently faces murder and malicious assault charges stemming from the May 6th discovery of a woman’s body on a burning couch off Golf Course Road in Berkeley County was in court Wednesday. Jefferson County Prosecutor Matt Harvey was there, as well.
