MARTINSBURG, W. Va. – Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Catie Wilkes Delligatti reports 104 indictments were handed down during the most recent term of the Grand Jury.
Her office reports the Grand Jury convened May 21st and deliberated through Thursday, May 23, 2024.
Indictments were returned against the following individuals for the following counts:
Note that all charges contained in the following indictments “are merely accusations and not evidence of guilt. Each defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty,” according to the Prosecuting Attorney’s office.

Danielle Marie Bartley, 39, of Inwood, West Virginia was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methadone, Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl, and Gross Child Neglect Creating Substantial Risk of Serious Bodily Injury.
