Doyle Spoke about Manuel as a person.
Manuel taught at Wright Denny Elementary in Charlestown for 32 years which Doyle said shaped his demeanor as a legislator.
Doyle spoke about the issues Manuel focused on later in life.
Doyle says he and Delegate Manuel were instrumental in finding funding for Washington High School.
Doyle was a guest on Panhandle Live Wednesday morning, heard weekday mornings beginning at 9:00 on the Panhandle News Network.
