MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission Superintendent Pastor Tim Guerino is heading back to Ukraine.

He traveled there in 2022 and chronicled his trip with the Panhandle News Network.  This time, he’s getting a one-way ticket for now, as he isn’t sure how long this latest mission will take.

He says the hope is to create a shelter for the women and children left behind:
