MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — The public is invited to a special event Saturday in Martinsburg.
The “Blackout Veterans Stop” Open House will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 5078 Williamsport Pike, Suite E.
Organizers say there will be refreshments, vendors, and an outside flea market.
